Write! Canada is a one-of-a-kind national resource for writers and editors who are Christian. Nowhere else in Canada can you meet literary agents, editors and publishers from some of the top markets in North America.

Nowhere else offers classes for everyone interested in writing. Write! Canada provides specially designed classes for beginning and aspiring writers, for fiction writers, for journalists and nonfiction writers, for personal experience and devotional writers, for poets.

Nowhere else can experienced and professional writers or published authors network with peers, make invaluable contacts and be coached in how to develop and promote your career.

The registration fee is $359 and includes all classes, meals and coffee breaks. Accommodation is extra. Discounts are available for early bird registrations, for full-time students and for members of The Word Guild. After June 1, a $25 late fee will be charged.


WHO ATTENDS THE CONFERENCE?

Since 2002, from 200 to 250 beginners to professional writers attend each annual Write! Canada conference. Registrants come from across Canada and some US states. Many writers credit Write! Canada with providing the knowledge and connections that brought their writing and publishing success to the next level.

IS THE CONFERENCE A GOOD VALUE?

Attending Write! Canada is an investment in your career. Those earning income from their writing can treat the conference costs as a business expense. Because of the generosity of conference speakers and the fact that much of the administration of the conference is done by committed volunteers, we're able to charge a fee of only $359. If we had to charge all our expenses to conference attendees, our registration fee would more than double. The fee includes all sessions as well as two breakfasts, two lunches, two dinners and all coffee breaks.

Write! Canada brings in top editors, agents and publishers from the USA and Canada. The costs of attending Write! Canada are significantly less than you would pay if you were to cover the travel, accommodation and registration costs of attending similar writers' conferences in the USA.
