The Word Guild Writing Awards Gala

Each year, The Word Guild hosts a black-tie Awards Gala on the Wednesday evening before the Write! Canada conference. Celebrate the best in Christian writing! The 2009 Gala was held on Wednesday, June 17 at 7:30 p.m. For a complete list of winners, please see here.

The Partnership Award

The Partnership Award is presented periodically by The Word Guild to an individual or organization who has shown exceptional support and encouragement of Canadian writers and editors who are Christian. Previous winners have included a Canadian Christian book publisher; the publishers of two Canadian Christian newspapers; a writer/editor/literary agent whose publishing industry career has spanned more than 50 years; and Imago, a charitable arts organization.
