God Uses Ink 2003

Register early! Last year's conference was sold out. Also, you will want to receive the registration package as soon as possible - it has all the details about our contests, manuscript critiquing, faculty appointments, and much more.

Registration fee of $275 includes all sessions, meals, and coffee breaks.
- Accommodation is EXTRA.
- NO partial registration available.
- Cancellations are possible until May 30, BUT $50 admin fee is non-refundable.
- NO refunds for cancellations made on or after May 31.
- LATE registration is subject to availability and a $25 late fee.

- $20 off if you are a full-time student (high school, college or university)

Group rate: If one organization (church, mission, publication) pays for three or more registrants, each one receives the group rate of $225. No other discounts apply.

Special rewards: If you bring a new registrant who has never attended GUI before, you will receive a $25 gift certificate from The Word Guild at the conference.

ON-SITE ACCOMMODATION: We have a limited number of spaces in each category. We will contact you if the category you select is unavailable.

Please keep track of what you have selected. Prices are for TWO nights.

Category A - Basic (FULL!). Historic house or cabin. Not air-conditioned. Single beds or bunks. Up to 4 per room. Shared bathroom. Linens provided. $60

Category B - Dormitory. Large modern room. Air-conditioned. Up to 10 people. Two ensuite bathrooms. Bring your own bedding (sleeping bag or sheets, pillow, towel). Top bunk. $80

Category C - Dormitory. Same as B above, except bottom bunk. $90

Category D - Cabin (FULL!). Not air-conditioned. Single or double beds. 2 or 3 per room. Ensuite bathroom. Linens provided. $100

Category E - Inn (FULL!). Air-conditioned. Double beds. 2 per room. Ensuite bathroom. Linens provided. $125

Notes: On-site accommodation must be booked for both nights. Single occupancy rooms are not available except for medical reasons. Contact us for cost and availability.
If physical disabilities make walking or climbing stairs difficult, choose Category C or E for easier accessibility. Please contact us if you require a wheelchair accessible room. There are three available.

OFF-SITE ACCOMMODATION:
If you choose not to stay at the Guelph Bible Conference Centre, you must make your own reservations and transportation arrangements. Some options:

Holiday Inn Guelph: We have arranged a group rate with the nearby Holiday Inn - a five minute drive from the conference. Holiday Inn Guelph is located at 601 Scottsdale Drive, Guelph, ON, N1G 3E7, next to the Stone Road Shopping Mall. Reserve by May 12 and quote confirmation #9928, group code GOD03 to guarantee group rate ($129 plus 12% tax = $144.48) for a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds.
